  1. NPAW 2025: Leading from Within led by Sarah Williment [thequestioningiris.co.uk]
This webinar offers early career researchers an opportunity to explore, learn more about, and reflect on, the theme of self-leadership (leading from within). Within this session, we will consider how we lead and manage ourselves (our inner resourcefulness and emotional state) to enhance our personal effectiveness and build greater resilience to navigate the challenge of an increasingly uncertain and complex environment.
  2. NPAW 2025: What Next? Postdoc Career Steps Alumni Panel Session with Exeter alumni Dr Elizabeth Laruni (History), Dr Jamie McFadzean (Biological Sciences), Dr Hannes Titeca (Economics)
  3. NPAW 2025: Appreciation Bookplates for ECRs – colleagues across the university can nominate ECR colleagues to receive a printed bookplate with words of thanks, endorsed by our Deputy Vice Chancellor for Research and Impact Professor Krasimira Tsaneva-Atanasova. Recipients can stick the appreciative bookplate into a book of their choice as a lasting memento of gratitude.

Not all Universities would have developed an additional programme for Postdoc Appreciation Week.

If yours does but is not listed here, please send us the link to the relevant web page and we'll add it to the list (only for UK/ROI institutions).
